Choose a frame to match your decor, and then slip inside a piece of white paper or posterboard. (You can even jazz it up a bit more using art or scrapbook paper.) Hang the frame in a prominent spot, and use a pen clip (I've seen them at the checkout counter at Office Max) to keep a dry erase marker handy at all times.
